What we pressure wash
Patios, walkways, driveways, sidewalks, pavers, pool decks and other concrete and stone surfaces. Siding and roofs get soft washing instead, which is a different service at very low pressure.
How we clean concrete
We match the pressure to the surface. Concrete and pavers can take more. Anything softer gets low pressure and a cleaning mix. On flat work we run a surface cleaner so the finish comes out even, with no wand marks or stripes.
Concrete and similar surfaces are porous. First, we pretreat the surface to loosen organics and grime. Then we pressure wash and rinse. We follow up with a post treatment to neutralize remaining organics in the pores for longer lasting results. The post treatment is rinsed away and not left behind.
Driveway and walkway cleaning
Driveways and walkways take foot traffic, tires, leaves and moisture all year. Dirt, leaf stains and green or black growth build up on the concrete, and a damp walkway with growth on it can get slippery. Regular cleaning keeps that from happening. Paver, brick and stone cleaning
Pavers, brick and natural stone all clean up well with the right approach. We lift the dirt and algae out of the joints and off the face so the surface looks the way it should.
